刘准

刘准,博士,2010年于湘潭大学高分子系取得学士学位,2017年于北京工业大学材料科学与工程学院获得博士学位,研究生期间曾留学韩国国立公州大学获硕士学位和在美国能源部阿贡国家实验室进行博士联合培养。2017至2019年在吉林大学材料科学与工程学院从事助理研究员职业,2019年9月通过华南师范大学“青年英才”计划,在半导体科学技术研究院从事研究员工作,2021年4月加入绍兴文理学院数理信息学院。本人长期从事新能源材料相关的电子及光电子半导体的理论模拟计算和实验研究,近期研究兴趣主要集中于新兴低维电子材料、杂化钙钛矿光电材料及器件设计、宽禁带半导体的生长及界面设计、电极材料表面电子性质及催化活性调控。
