一、个人简介

姚博,1987年5月生,甘肃天水人,九三学社社员

2014.7——至今绍兴文理学院数理信息学院,讲师

2009/09-2014/06,兰州大学,微电子学与固体电子学专业,工学博士(硕博连读)

2005/09-2009/06,兰州交通大学,电子科学与技术专业,工学学士

二、研究领域

主要从事有机半导体材料与器件方面的研究

三、主讲课程

《半导体物理》、《程序与算法设计》、《半导体光电材料》等

四、现主持的项目

1.国家自然科学基金青年项目“基于电荷转移复合物红外增色效应的有机光敏场效应管制备及性能研究”25万 2016.01~2018.12
