任宽宽

个人简介:

任宽宽,1991年10月出生于河南安阳,2014毕业于天津师范大学物理与材料科学学院后,保送至中国科学院半导体研究所攻读材料物理与化学专业研究生,于2019年获得工学博士学位。

 

研究方向:

1.新型半导体纳米材料的可控生长及其发光器件研究。

2.高质量钙钛矿薄膜的可控制备及其太阳能电池研究。
